User Agreement

1. Introduction

BAZAAR (the "Platform") is an online marketplace that enables independent users to list, sell, and purchase various goods and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Our Role

BAZAAR provides the technology and infrastructure for users to connect and trade.

Neutral Venue: The actual contract for sale is directly between the Buyer and the Seller. BAZAAR is not a party to the transaction and does not take possession of the items traded.

Service Standards: We provide tools for ratings and reviews to help maintain a high standard of trust within the community.

3. Account Terms and Eligibility

To ensure a secure environment, all Users must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Be responsible for all activity occurring under their account credentials.

4. Transactions and Payments

To facilitate reliable commerce, BAZAAR uses the following protocols:

Payment Processing: All purchases are completed using the payment methods available at checkout.

Purchase Protection: To ensure order fulfillment, funds are held securely and released to the Seller only after the transaction requirements are met or the inspection period expires.

Fees: Users are responsible for any fees associated with their chosen payment method and any applicable taxes.

5. Listing and Selling

Sellers agree to provide honest descriptions and clear pricing for their items. All listings must comply with the Platform’s policies and all applicable laws. BAZAAR reserves the right to remove any content that violates our standards or third-party rights.

6. Resolution Center

In the event of a dispute between a Buyer and a Seller, BAZAAR provides a Resolution Center to mediate the issue.

Impartiality: Our team reviews available evidence, such as shipping confirmation and communication logs, to reach a fair outcome.

Finality: The decision made by the Resolution Center is final within the scope of the Platform's services.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Listing illegal or restricted items.
• Interfering with the operation of the marketplace.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.

BAZAAR reserves the right to take immediate action in case of violations, including but not limited to: permanent account suspension, withholding of funds for investigation, and reporting illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

BAZAAR provides the marketplace on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by third parties, nor for any loss resulting from the use of the services.

9. Governance and Company Information

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland. BAZAAR is an integral part of the Exmon Group.
