Refund Conditions

  • A payment error occurred and is confirmed by support.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact the seller via the platform messaging system.
  • If the issue is not resolved, open a dispute in your account dashboard.
  • Provide relevant evidence such as messages or order details.

If approved, refunds are processed using the original payment method where applicable.

Processing time is up to 7 business days after approval.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in cases where:

  • The buyer changed their mind after receiving the item.
  • Digital goods are involved, unless otherwise stated by the seller.
  • Platform rules were violated.
