Thank you for shopping at BAZAAR on EXMON. We are committed to providing a secure and fair trading environment for all users. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the return policy below.

Returns 
Return eligibility is determined by the individual seller. You have 7 calendar days to request a return, if the seller allows returns for the item you purchased.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable.
• You must provide a purchase receipt or transaction ID.

To request a return, please contact the seller via the BAZAAR messaging system.

Refunds 
Once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller, you will be notified of the refund status.

• If the return is approved:
• Your refund will be issued in cryptocurrency to your internal EXMON wallet.

The amount refunded will match the original crypto value paid, minus any network or processing fees, if applicable.

Please note:

• No fiat refunds or external transfers are supported.
• Crypto refunds are processed only within the EXMON ecosystem.

Shipping 

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless agreed otherwise with the seller.
• If a refund is granted, any applicable return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Disputes 
If you're unable to resolve a return directly with the seller, you may open a dispute within:

• 7 days after receiving physical goods
• 24 hours after receiving digital goods

Our support team will review the case and make a final decision.
